Questions engineers ask.
What does First Angle need from us?
The files you already keep for a machine: drawings, the BOM, CAD or 3D models and supplier datasheets. Connect the systems they live in, or upload them.
What happens when a value is missing?
It is flagged in the document, with the page it is needed on, so your engineer can supply it. First Angle does not make up part numbers, torques or standards.
Who is responsible for the documents?
Your company. First Angle drafts and checks, a named engineer reviews and signs, and the manufacturer declares conformity. First Angle does not certify products.
Which formats does it export?
PDF and Word, in each of the languages you deliver documents in.
Where is our data stored?
In EU data storage, or on your own server. Connections to your systems are read-only.
Can we see real output first?
Yes. The documents page has a maintenance manual, a spare parts list, an inspection checklist and a datasheet that First Angle wrote, as PDFs. Open the documents
